Request to Transfer My Social Fox account directly to GoHighLevel (GHL)

You can NOT have your own GHL account prior to transfer. Your new account is created when your existing Social Fox account is transferred over.

GHL cannot transfer your existing Social Fox account into a new GHL account. There is no way to merge accounts. This is why you cannot have an existing GHL account already.

Please note: there is a $250 (previously $500) nonrefundable transfer fee.

NOTE: This will also be the email address GHL will contact you at. Therefore please update it within your Social Fox account before submitting this form if you need to.

Please read the below very carefully and agree to these restrictions.

Per GHL, the following will happen when a sub-account is transferred to your own GHL Account. 

  • External calendar integrations will be disconnected.

  • All automations will be set to Publish. 

  • All users with Users assigned to that particular sub-account and no other sub-account will be transferred.

Per GHL, the following will NOT transfer over and will need to be reset:

  • All auth connections will be deleted (ex: Google, FB, Instagram, Quickbooks, Clio, DrChrono, Yext)

  • All Facebook and Google settings will be cleared

  • Stripe fields will be cleared

  • Smartlists do not get transferred over with the sub-account 

  • Currently Mailgun/SMTP won't get transferred.

  • All active subscriptions like Wordpress, Yext, Whatsapp, Dedicated IP etc. won't get transferred. They'll have to be cancelled before the transfer can happen.

If you are on LC Phone - everything will transfer over cleanly. 

If you are using your own Twilio account, you’ll need to reconnect everything. 

Upon transfer, your new GHL account will be created. You can NOT already have an account.

Below are details regarding the type of plan you will be prompted to sign up for upon transfer.

The following is NOT available on the $97/mth HighLevel Plan:

  • Have more than one User on your account

  • A/B testing on funnels

  • Deeper integrations with third-party tools or custom automations

Upon transfer, you'll have the option to select the $297/mth HighLevel Plan if you would like these features that you have through Social Fox.

AI Features are an additional charge by HighLevel.

If you have HIPPA compliance on your account, you will be prompted to purchase this add on from HighLevel when your account is transferred.
